This Investment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this [Date] (“Effective Date”) by and between:

The Company: Attune The Ultimate platform DBA AETHER

(Hereinafter referred to as “The Company”), and

The Investor: [Name of Investor]

(Hereinafter referred to as “The Investor”)

1. Investment & Initial Ownership

In consideration for the Investor’s financial contribution of [Investment Amount] to The Company, The Company agrees to grant the Investor a 7% equity stake. This initial stake is fully vested upon the execution of this Agreement.

2. Performance-Based Equity Increase

The Company will reserve an additional 13% equity for the Investor, bringing the potential total ownership to a maximum of 20%. This increase is contingent upon The Investor meeting one or both of the following performance milestones within 90 days from the Effective Date:

* Milestone 1: The Investor successfully brings in a new investment of at least $10,000 for The Company.

* Milestone 2: The Investor generates at least $10,000 in new revenue for The Company.

If The Investor achieves either Milestone 1 or Milestone 2, their equity stake will increase to a total of 15%.

3. Maximum Equity

If The Investor achieves both Milestone 1 and Milestone 2, their equity stake will increase to a total of 20%. This represents the maximum equity The Investor can earn under this Agreement.

4. General Provisions

* Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State where the company is registered].

* Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all terms of this Agreement confidential and will not disclose them to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

* Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between The Company and The Investor. Any prior discussions or agreements are superseded by this Agreement.

* Notices: Any notices required under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the addresses listed above.

5. Signatures

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
